How Does Depression & Insecurity Present?
Depression and insecurity symptoms present differently, but you may be experiencing a feeling of ongoing sadness or emptiness. You may no longer find pleasure in things that you used to enjoy, such as hobbies, socializing, or spending time with loved ones. A change in energy levels, weight, appetite, concentration or sleep may also reflect the presence of a depressive episode. You may also have feelings of low self-worth, self-harm or suicidality.
