Attachment Issues

In therapy with me, we focus on how your attachment patterns show up in your relationships and shape your emotional life. You learn to address old patterns that create anxiety, frustration, or silence, so you no longer dread calls from your mother, avoid conflict with your partner, or stew over unresolved issues.
